Jennifer Sobol, D.O.

Dr. Sobol is a partner in the Michigan Institute of Urology. In addition to her role as a urologist with MIU, Dr. Sobol is also the Medical Director of the REDEEM Sexual Wellness and Aesthetics Center. She has practiced in metropolitan Detroit since 2006.

She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1994, and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999. She followed with an internship at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills in 2000, then completed her general surgery training in 2002 and her urologic surgery training in 2005 at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. She also completed a fellowship in female and male incontinence, neurourology and voiding dysfunction at the University of Michigan in 2006.

Courtney Cook, M.S.N., R.N., F.N.P.-C.

In 2019, while working closely with MIU’s physicians in hospitals, Courtney embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by founding her own medical spa, MOXXI, later acquired by MIU in 2023. Following the acquisition, MOXXI underwent a rebranding process and transformed into the REDEEM Sexual Wellness and Aesthetics Center located in Birmingham. As the director of REDEEM, Courtney is responsible for overseeing the clinical staff and personally performing various procedures.
