Alexsandra LaChance MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Alexsandra LaChance, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is an associate of the Michigan Institute of Urology, P.C. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Madonna University in 2012, and completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Toledo in 2021.

Her background includes nine years as an RN, working in the acute care setting on medical-surgical and progressive care units. Prior to joining MIU, she worked as an NP in internal medicine.

Alexsandra works closely with our attending urologists on all patient care issues. She is passionate about general urologic care and female pelvic medicine. She is available to see patients at the Lakes Medical Center and Howell locations.

In her spare time, Alexsandra enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, gardening, cooking, and being outdoors.
