He has a special interest in Kidney Stones, Robotic and Laparoscopic Surgery, BPH (benign prostate enlargement), Male Sexual Dysfunction, and Urologic Oncology.
Dr. Wilson received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, where he was a proud member of the University of Michigan Marching Band. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Wayne State University. He completed his surgical internship as well as a Urologic surgery residency at Beaumont Health in Royal Oak, MI. Dr. Wilson is state board certified.
Dr. Wilson has authored review articles and made numerous presentations at both regional and national meetings. His interests in research have focused on Adult Urethral Stricture disease, Neurogenic Bladder, and outcomes of Robotic and Laparoscopic Surgery.
Outside of work, Dr. Wilson enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, reading, listening to music, boating, snowboarding, and spending time in the great outdoors.
