Run For The Ribbon 2009 A Success!! Michigan Institute of Urology is a proud sponsor of the first annual MIU Run For The Ribbon events held Father's Day weekend, 2009. Nearly 250 guests attended the first Annual "Night On The Townsend" and more than 3000 people attended the 5k race held at the Detroit Zoo. The events generated $50,000 for prostate cancer awareness, treatment and research in southeastern Michigan.
