Men's Health Event

The first annual Men's Health Event on November 12 was a huge success with over 700 men receiving screenings for glucose, cholesteroal, testosterone, PSA, BMI analysis, Body Fat Percentage and Bone Density screening. In addition, information sessions addressed a variety of male health topics including Heart Health, Cancer Prevention, Fitness and Exercise, Nutritional Supplements, Acupuncture/ Complementary Medicine, Male Fertility Issues and more! A special thank you to Fox 2's Deena Centofanti, Former Red Wing Player Kris Draper and Weight Watcher's Florine Mark for speaking at the event as well as all of our event sponsors, partners and volunteers! The event would not be possible without you! It is our goal to change the lives of men in the metro-Detroit community through this community event, and we look forward to expanding the free screenings next year!
