Amy Brode, D.O., FACOS. is a partner of the Michigan Institute of Urology, P.C. She has practiced in the Metropolitan Detroit area since 2006. Dr. Brode is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. She specializes in all aspects of Adult Urology and has a special interest in Female Urology, Voiding Dysfunction and Sexual Dysfunction Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Brode received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan in 1995. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999. Dr. Brode completed her Internship at Botsford Hospital and her Urology Residency through the Michigan State University Urology Consortium.
Dr. Brode has given many presentations before the medical community on the topic of voiding dysfunction and sexual dysfunction. She is a member of the American Urologic Association, Society of Women in Urology, Michigan Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, and the American Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Brodes's hobbies include spending time with her family, outdoor activities, and enjoying live music and theatre.
