John Damiani, D.O.
John Damiani, D.O. is an associate of the Michigan Institute of Urology, P.C. He has practiced in the Metropolitan Detroit area since 1998. Dr. Damiani is certified by the Osteopathic Board of Surgery-Urology. Dr. Damiani specializes in all areas of Adult Urology, including Female Incontinence, Laser Surgery, and Kidney Stones.
Dr. Damiani received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Thomas Aquinas College in California in 1984. He received his Doctor of Osteopathy from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Damiani completed his Urology Internship at Detroit Osteopathic / Bi-County Hospitals in 1989 and his Urology Residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1994.
Dr. Damiani's hospital affiliations include Oakwood Hospital – Dearborn, Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, and Oakwood Southshore Hospital.
Dr. Damiani serves as President of the Detroit Catholic Medical Association and Chairman of the Christus Medicus Foundation. He recently served as Vice Chairman of the Medical Staff of Riverside Osteopathic Hospital. Dr. Damiani is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
Dr. Damiani's hobbies include winter skiing and ballroom dancing.
